Notes
- There's an option in the main menu named "Making of MLB 2003". This doesn't seem to work and has the same function as "LOAD GAME".
- The intro movie is different from retail and contains timestamps.
- The game logo is different from retail and the date shows 2003 instead of 2004.
- The credits contains placeholders.
