Along with the GEMS source code, I got the source code to a little game/demo called [http://www.hidden-palace.org/?releases/43 Ship]. I've got something really nice today.

It's the GEMS development kit. What is GEMS you ask? It was a sound driver used in a lot of Mega Drive games (full list here). Enjoy, it's the full development kit with all the source code needed to program your own music on the Mega Drive.

Along with the GEMS source code, I got the source code to a little game/demo called Ship. Compiling and linking it was real fun, I had to do most of it manually (in hex!) because of the scarcity of the tools needed to do it and because I was using a very outdated set. But after a lot of hours of manual work, I managed to do it.

I hope you have fun with these.
