A demo of the SEGA Dreamcast port of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, built roughly two and a half months before the final version.

The Cutting Room Floor research

This prototype has a research article on TCRF.

• Contains the full game, despite being built to function as a somewhat restricted demo.
  • The game automatically loads into the Chicago Skate Park competition after the "Press Start" screen, with Tony Hawk as default character.
  • Additionally, the "Level Select" option has been removed from the post-run menu.
  • The only way to break out of that loop and access the rest of the game is by exiting via the level load screen by pressing B after the level has finished loading.
• This build has no music or FMV's.
• The sound effects in this build play at random volume, so beware when playing.

Cheat codes

This build has additional debug cheats enabled, which can be entered when pausing the game, holding down the left shoulder button and entering the following codes. A shaking pause screen confirms the successful entry.
