This is a PAL (Multilingual for FR, UK, DE, ES and NL) build for the GBA version of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell. The build date is unknown, and currently no major difference was noticed with the final version of the game, however, the build feature a bunch of explicit debug features all around the build.

An analysis of the build seem to indicate that it contain a lot of compilation related log, probably part of the symbol map of the build.
==Notes==
Debug features:
- Push L at any moment before or on the language selection menu (during any intro with splinter cell logo, ubisoft logo, or on the language menu selection itself) open a "Level Select" menu that allow you to quickly start the game (choose language, stage, save slot, mission, etc).

- In a game, push start to open the Inventory Menu, then push L to go to the Mission Objective menu. Then, pushing Select bring you to the same "Level Select"

- In a game, push Start to open the Inventory menu, then pushing select enable a debug feature that allow you to quickwarp/teleport yourself to different state of the current mission (mission X step 1, misson X step 2) and you can like skip right to the mission complete message.

- In a game, push Start to open the Inventory menu, then push R to go open a "Cheat Manager" menu that allow you to set some helpfull feature like invincibility, etc.

*Data in the build is stored uncompressed while retail have all the game data inside a big Datas.lwc file.
*Different boot screen logos (Don't have Valcon Game logo, and Game Life logo is only on bottom screen).
*Don't have any press the touch screen to start menu after selecting language and don't have a warning displayed on screen if the piano keyboard isn't deteted by the game.
*More language are available in this build than in retail EU (final don't have DE and IT)
*Different start song played at the boot of the build
*Doesn't write anything to the save file
*Display version number on main menu (called "Music Room") : v.090722b. It correspond to a build date with YYMMDD pattern, 22 July 2009)

*Learning Mode have some debug features:

<blockquote>
L or R in lessons allow to directly go to the start of the lesson before/after the current one
In activities, all minigames have their own debug menu available by pushing select. You can also swap between all activities immediately just by pushing L or R

I currently work on a preservation subject for an US studio, where i'm was able to get some stuff over the years. This project is still pending.
===Little Orbit Studio===
With the help of GamingLegend64 who secured the full lot, i was in charge of dumping and handle the release of the data found in this lot. Data came from DS, DSI and 3DS development cart, Panda DSI nand, Panda 3DS Nand and SDcard.

This data was originally released through ObscureGamers in 2020 for their first TeraRelease. This lot is planned to be re-released more cleanly as some of it wasn't released, by error.
With the help of J4M13C0 who secured the full lot, i helped the extraction and recovery of all builds found on this insane lot of Panda DSI's from Gameloft.
