==Notes==
* Built 5 days before E3 2002. While at the moment cannot be confirmed if this exact build was present at the event, the actual E3 build would have contained identical contents and gameplay features.
* Currently the earliest available full game build, representing a snapshot of the development at this point in time.
* Features the infamous red Jaguar XJ12 cutscene for the mission "The Frightener", which is replaced by a Rover 75 in the final game.
* Most of the character models and textures feature earlier designs.
* Cut cars such as ASTON, BMW3, BMW5, JEEP and XJ12 are fully featured and available in traffic. Several cars feature white paintjobs that are removed from the final game.
* Cutscenes can be skipped using R3.
* Using R2 and L-stick controls you can look around your car, a feature later removed from the final game.

* The build features several unfinished areas and cutscenes compared to the final release and being more prone to crashing alongside carrying over AI behavior from earlier builds.
* The German dub contains placeholder dialogue. In later missions, the game becomes increasingly unfinished, with missing music and sound effects.
* The pre-rendered cutscenes at the end were created even earlier than this build, featuring very old character models and unfinished, unoptimized environments.

* Unreleased game by Konami. It was originally announced at E3 1999 as Konami Rally.
* DEBUG folder includes memory map, debug symbol file and CEP (PsyQ generated executable) for the executable.
* After the Konami logo, 3 attract replays featuring two AI cars show Sanremo, Sweden and Finland tracks in a repeating sequential order until X or Start is pressed. The Konami logo will appear again after the end of each replay.
* The main menu features a car selection screen with car stats and 3 cars available in total.
* Only Rallye Finland Training stage is playable.
* If the player remains idle for a bit, the game will automatically make the selections and begin the stage.
* Controls are the following: X for acceleration; Triangle changes the camera between 1st and 3rd person view (including rear-view mirror); Circle for brake and reverse; Square for handbrake; L1 for rear view.
* Voice and on-screen arrow navigation guides the player for upcoming turns and dangers on the road.
* There is a countdown timer rather than stopwatch which suggests that this is very likely a time-limited demonstration build.
* After the end of a successful attempt's replay or time out, a screen will appear with the "Coming This Winter" text on it revealing that the game was planned to be released in the winter of 1999.
* Miscellaneous Notes:

* Starting a new game immediately starts Training mission's tutorial, because there is no payphone in front of the safehouse like in the final game. Instead the mission is given by the guy standing in front of it. It's possible to kill him, but every time you reach the safehouse, he'll respawn starting again the tutorial which also causes a bug when loading saved game.
