A prototype/prerelease build of Daytona USA for the Xbox 360 from 2012-02-29.

Notes

This prototype is playable, but runs slowly. It was recovered from an Xbox 360 development kit. Some files may be missing or corrupted. It is being presented as-is due to the fact that it may be the best remaining copy of this piece of gaming history left in the world, and even if it is not playable, it may be valuable to gaming historians, or it may be possible to create a playable version by combining files from several builds.

Two binaries are included in this release:

  • d1cs.xex: Appears to be corrupt
  • default.xex: 2012-02-29 02:00:47 (UTC)
