On February 6th 2021, Forest of Illusion released a prototype of Glover. The tweet announcing the release of the prototype was taken down because of a misunderstanding between Forest of Illusion and Piko Interactive. Despite the rom's header identifying it as version 1.1, it's an earlier build of the final release. According to a YouTube video by Hard4Games, the prototype's cartridge is labeled in black sharpie as a September build and was obtained from a trade show back in the day.
