Notes

The Cutting Room Floor research
  • Comes with a copy of the game's source code.
  • Runs on MissionEngine, which wasn't used in any Data Design Interactive game that released.
  • A game file had to be modified in order to get the level to load. The file in question was Data\Landscape\Venice\Venice.lws, which would cause a crash due to a missing trigger with Seagull_flyaway. The original unmodified file is included as Venice.lws.orig.
  • All asserts need to be set as ignore always in order to get in-game.
  • The build may stop responding while trying to load the level. This is normal, as it takes time to generate the files for the cache folder.
  • The title screen and main menu use assets from Myth Makers: Trixie in Toyland as placeholders.
  • When you get to the screen about collecting objects, press shift to get in-game.
  • The game will end up crashing whenever a pizza box is collected due to a "string out of range" error.
  • Contains unused assets leftover from the unreleased DDI Zool game inside of ArtData and Data\FrontEnd\Trixie\MemCard.
