==Notes==
* This ROM is almost identical to the second revision (Rev A) ROM. The only differences include:
** The date in the header is MAY instead of OCT.
** The game's international/regional title is "NHL HOCKEY" instead of "NHLPA HOCKEY '93".
** The game's serial number is "GM T-50236-00" instead of "GM T-50396-01".
** A part of the game's checksum/region check has been NOP'd out in this build.
** There's some strange data at the very end of the ROM in this build. The final has mostly null bytes in the same region.
