An extremely early prototype of the unreleased Twisted Metal: Harbor City for the PlayStation 2.

Notes

• The build date is unknown.
• According to an anonymous source, it began as Twisted Metal Black 2 on the PS2, and a much later version was released as a bonus within Twisted Metal: Head On for the Sony PSP.
• The loose files were copied directly from the hard drive of a PS2 development system.
• Two rebuilt ISOs are included with this release, and are based on the loose files. The ISOs will boot to the main menu in PCSX2, but will freeze when trying to play the game. It is unknown if this is due to issues with the ISOs, or if this build of the game depends upon the extended RAM in a PS2 development system, which is not currently supported by PCSX2.
