Notes
The Cutting Room Floor research
- Table's internal name is "Test Table", graphics describe it as "Maelstrom"
- About window shows "3D Pinball - Version 0.91"
- The download has the original WAVMIX32.DLL as WAVMIX32_orig.DLL; and WAVMIX32.DLL has two bytes patched to allow the prototype to run with WAVMIX32.DLL outside of the Windows system directory.
- This build has actual code for the EDIT_PINBALL_COMPONENTS dialog, and a way to get it open: edit the resources of PINBALL.EXE to add a new menu item with ID 0x197 (decimal 407). Screenshots can be seen below.
