This prototype has a research article on TCRF.

• This is the first Public Beta of Counter-Strike: Source, given officialy by Valve through their Valve Cyber Cafe's program on August 13th. Later, in August 18th this build was given for those who owned Condition Zero or a voucher for Half-Life 2, which was packaged with certain graphic cards at that time.
• Officialy compiled on August 11th, 2004 as there are some files that had this date. However, some files dates 4 days after on August 15th.
