Notes

Dated 6 days before the final PAL build.
Uses the same company introductions as the Dreamcast version, which were later updated.
The 'Select' navigation text is missing from certain menus seemingly as a mistake.
Races are set to 2 laps while retail would instead allow either 1 or 3 lap races.
An extra screen displaying the controls is visible right before loading the track.
Pause menu only has 'Resume' selectable with a noticeable blank space where 'Restart' and 'Quit' usually appear.
