This build is from about a month before release. It is, however, pretty glitchy.
The disc was purchased on eBay, from the seller "codyn1". When asked where he got the disc, the seller replied saying he originally purchased it from "robertrobinsongames2010". susbaconhairman contacted this user about it, and he said the following - "My items that I sell are directly sourced from a former games journalist and I purchased their whole collection. They would’ve received directly from Sony. Don’t know specifics about which build the game was etc".
