Notes

The included dump has 4368 (0.19%) bad sectors out of 2286768 due to potential disc rot, which affects the file Pak_IOP01.PAK. Aside from this, the data appears identical to the final German v1.00 release save for the disc mastering.
The initial order of cover images in the 'Random Medley' category is different, though this could be a result of the bad sector data mentioned above.
