Notes

Dated 1 month and 5 days before the final PAL release.
Loading screen uses a spinning CD rather than a fuel pump to indicate progress.
Main menu has a slightly different logo and uses a less detailed background.
Text for selecting your driver is in red while the 'PAUSE' text is in blue.
'City Starter' (called 'Metro Madness' here) is unchanged from the previous demo.
Like the prior demo, both tracks are missing BGM and only use their own unique SFX.
Pressing Start and then Select will give you the option to continue or quit the race.
