A demo build of Splatoon for the Nintendo Wii U.

Notes

  • The serial is -01.
  • This build is probably an earlier version of Splatoon (JP Global TestFire B demo) which could be defined as a prototype, however, taking into account the original version, it was decided to call this build a demo. It should be taken into account that the language revision number of this build is the same as the final demo, which means that this build is a post release.
  • Comparing the above mentioned version in terms of file sizes, it is possible to say:
    • Static.pack and Gambit.rpx are larger in this version.
    • Manual.bfma and meta.xml are smaller in this version ** Fld_Crack00.szs, Fld_SkatePark00.szs and Fld_UpDown00.szs are exclusive to this version.
  • Taking the above information into consideration, it means that originally in addition to the multiplayer stages Walleye Warehouse and Saltspray Rig, the stages Urchin Underpass, Blackbelly Skatepark and Arowana Mall were originally playable in the build.
  • The build presents strange behavior that does not exist in the final version, such as: ** The main menu quickly shows debugging options that can be changed.
    • It is possible to proceed to the tutorial without the message that the servers are no longer active appearing.
    • When the tutorial starts, after the player is free to move, the tutorial tips will appear, unlike the final version, which only appear as the player progresses.
    • When all tutorial hints are finished, a countdown begins and you are immediately washed to a lobby. In the final version, the player will have to go to the end of the stage to be teleported (which does not exist in this version) to the plaza. It should be noted that it is impossible by normal means to enter a lobby without an internet connection.
