Tengu Neo Geo Pocket Dumper is a device that can be used to dump Neo Geo Pocket and Neo Geo Pocket Color cartridges over USB.

We recommend dumping a cartridge at least 6-8 times and taking the most common dump. Our dumper had issues where it inserted random data at offsets y1000-y2000 into about 50% of dumps (where y is a multiplier of 0x10000). The errors were not correlated between dumps so taking the most common one should be safe. Our unit was a version 1.0 so it's possible this issue has been fixed since.
