A custom Mega CD Bios made for Sonic Team creative director Kazuyuki Hoshino

This build displays "©SEGA 1991" at the top of the screen, whereas other V1.11 BIOS versions display "©SEGA 1991 Ver1.11".
The music and background are identical to those of the standard V1.11 BIOS.
This build features a custom Sonic logo instead of the standard Mega-CD logo found in other V1.11 BIOS versions.
