Notes

• This build displays "©SEGA 1991" at the top of the screen, whereas other V1.11 BIOS versions display "©SEGA 1991 Ver1.11".
• The music and background are identical to those of the standard V1.11 BIOS.
• The build date in the header is also the same as the standard V1.11 BIOS, though the EPROM's label indicates it was written on April 16th, 1992.
• This build features a custom Sonic logo instead of the standard Mega-CD logo found in other V1.11 BIOS versions.
• Kazuyuki Hoshino has confirmed the authenticity of this prototype on Twitter.
