Notes

• Although the purpose is unknown, there is at least some relation to the Playstation TV.
• Unfortunately, since it's Patch Data, it's impossible to initialize the build unless you find the base pkg.

To Do: It looks like this program was used to test certain games like fc2, cod4, etc? at least there are pictures of them. Someone experienced needs to analyze this.
