On July 14, 2025, 19 "CLOU" header files were discovered and extracted with a Hex program by funtimeandrefoxy from the devkit 1400a 2454. With the help of heyslickthatsme, it was discovered that in the source code these files had the .dat extension and were Cloud Cache files. It should be noted that these types of files are different from those a user in the retail version obtains to complete online missions. Considering some mentions, these files were obtained from the game cloud in November 2014 because there are mentions of the "Heists" DLC and the devkit was used at that time. There is no way to open these files, although with a text program, it is possible to view some parts of them. Whether there is any way to restore these files on private servers is unknown. As the names of the files are lost, a number was assigned in order of extraction, and these 19 files will be explained below what each one contains (although it is mostly inaccurate).

- It is 32kb in size.
- What the data means is unknown.
4.dat
- It is 32kb in size.
- The first part appears to be a JSON file with SP and MP vehicle information and also appears to unlock sp and mp content, although it is not possible to translate. The second part contains unknown data. May correspond to an unidentified file format.
5.dat
- It is 32kb in size.
- The first part contains unknown data, the second part is similar to the 4.dat json file and the third part contains unknown data. May correspond to an unidentified file format.
6.dat
- It is 92kb in size.
- Interestingly, it contains a dds file. It's a photo loading screen.
7.dat
- It is 32kb in size.
- What the data means is unknown. May correspond to an unidentified file format.
8.dat
- It is 92kb in size.
- Interestingly, it contains a dds file. It's a photo loading screen.

- It is 92kb in size.
