Dudes II was a working title for Trolls on Treasure Island. Michael Crick, the programmer of the original Dudes with Attitude game, had seen a Trolls craze going on in the early 90's and reached out to Richard Frick of American Video Entertainment to do an "updated" version of Dudes with Attitude, but now featuring Trolls.

This prototype in somewhere in between Dudes with Attitude, it's still using the graphics, but some levels are identical to Trolls on Treasure Island already, while others are not. So it can't really be a Dudes with Attitude prototype or a Trolls on Treasure Island prototype.
