Notes

  • This build displays "©SEGA 1991" at the top of the screen, whereas other V1.11 BIOS versions display "©SEGA 1991 Ver1.11".
  • The music and background are identical to those of the standard V1.11 BIOS. The build date in the header is also the same as the standard V1.11 BIOS, though the EPROM's label indicates it was written on April 16th, 1992.
  • This build features a custom Sonic logo instead of the standard Mega-CD logo found in other V1.11 BIOS versions.
  • Kazuyuki Hoshino has confirmed the authenticity of this prototype on Twitter.
