Reason: No confirmed evidence that it exists. From what i can tell there's only an Nintendo Age user's account of how they failed to buy it from a store. [1]

The cartridge had a white a label with black print "NOT FOR RESALE" on the front and back, as well as instructions to return the cartridge to Konami on the latter (not to be confused with SNES Not For Resale carts).
