This prototype has a research article on TCRF.

• Early prototype of OutRun 2019 back when it was called Junker's High. Initially in development for the Sega CD under the titled Cyber Road, the game was moved to the Mega Drive. The decision to change the game to OutRun 2019 came late.
• Later than the prototype that was released under the same name.
