This prototype has a research article on TCRF.

• Dated over 7 months before the final build.
• Also known as the "Pre-Beta 1" by the community, due to the fact it is one of three prototypes to have surfaced publicly, which is dated after the Sep 7, 2013 alpha, but before the Aug 6, 2014 PSN beta.
• Debug functionality enabled. A menu can be accessed through the pause menu or with F8 on the keyboard, like other debug builds for the PS3 trilogy.
• Different introduction and many levels at an unfinished state in the story mode.
• When you spawn in the pod in this prototype, Sackboy will automatically use the Pod Computer.
