A late prototype of Civilization II for the PlayStation 1, dated November 30, 1998. This prototype is close to final but still contains a few differences when compared to the final version.

Notes

• Different title screen. Game allows you to pick a new game and start immediately with a new Civilization, instead of forcing you into a tutorial like the final.

Other differences are not immediately apparent, but there may be more beyond that.
