Notes
- The dirname of the scene release is "Sonic.The.Hedgehog.4.Episode.I.WiiWare.JPN.Wii-PLAY-SKiLL" and the NFO name is "ps-wsnj".
- This prototype, judging by the lack of anything in the release name/NFO suggesting that this was an abnormal scene release, was accidentally released on the Japanese version of the WiiWare service on the release date.
