A prototype of Assassin's Creed III for the Xbox 360.
Notes
- This build had been deleted and was subsequently recovered from an XDK HDD by kabojnk and DRW. All of the ".forge" files were fragmented/overwritten and were not recoverable to a fully usable state, sadly. The forge files from the September 08, 2012 build released by Gonzo & Maple Ellie look to be a perfect match and were used to fix this build.
- Contains 13 .xex that allow you to run the game and based on tests carried out on Xenia Canary on May 25, 2024 it can be said that:
- scimitar_release_engine.xex: Shows a black screen;
- scimitar_qcfinal.xex: Shows a black screen;
- scimitar_profile_engine.xex: Loads to main menu and gets in game in Xenia with some graphics glitches - tested Feb 21, 2026;
- scimitar_memtagfinal.xex: At least the menu works;
- scimitar_final.xex: At least the menu works;
- default.xex: Xenia will give an error saying that it is not possible to launch the game;
- ac3mp_e_360_r.xex: Shows a black screen;
- ac3mp_e_360_q.xex: Freezes before reaching the menu;
- ac3mp_e_360_p.xex: Shows a black screen;
- ac3mp_e_360_f.xex: Freezes before reaching the menu.
