This protoype is from Unity website but it was deleted many years ago the game is called Car Playground.

Origin
It's from an online download of the very first Unity game on Windows called Car Playground, and second on Mac OSX. To run the Mac OSX vesrion you will need a PowerPC because Mac OSX, because it no longer supports PowerPC anymore. The archive link is from here this page, you can follow the page here Car Playground. The game was from a web page from many years ago but was deleted because it was incompatible with newer machines.
