Notes

  • Very early build of Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi, predates the game's actual title and uses the placeholder one (Dragon Ball Game Project: AGE 2011) on the title screen.
  • Build features a mostly functional debug menu with various tools such as camera controls, the ability to place objects, and edit unlock/save data parameters.
  • The game is entirely in Japanese, likely due to the localization being unfinished.
  • The Story Mode is incomplete as of this build, with many fights having broken event parameters. Noteable examples include Goku and Piccolo appearing beneath the camera during a cutscene against Raditz or the background during a fight against Nappa not resetting to display the map.
  • The background for Story Mode Recaps is using an entirely different design compared to the final game.
  • Certain cutscenes aren't loaded in properly, causing the models to appear in T-Poses prior to the event playing out.
  • Despite it among others crashing the selection screen, the map for the Plains stage (map_14) does exist in this build, albeit in an incomplete state. The stage itself is missing geometry present within the final version of the stage, leading to areas with holes showing the skybox underneath.
  • As mentioned, most maps on the Menu Selection screen cause the game to crash. The only two that work when selected are the Wasteland and Rocky Area stages, with Planet Namek and Supreme Kai's World being the only other stages available on the selection screen without changing settings in the game's debug menu.
  • The game's NTSC and PAL soundtrack was incomplete as of this build, as only four songs (Adventurous Spirit, Dangerous Mind, Edge of Spirit, and Dragon Crisis) exist and can be played through the debug menu.
  • The Hero Mode is essentially the same as Story Mode, but with Goku in Bardock's place during the first fight against Frieza.
  • Several Super and Ultimate Attacks are missing parameters, leading to the game softlocking (such as in the case of Super Saiyan 2 Goku's Meteor Blast,) or crashing (Final Form Frieza's "You Might Die This Time...")
  • Certain character models are also different, of note are Goku's second and fourth costumes, which use the Avatar Character's clothing as placeholders for his final outfit.
  • Most of the humanoid characters (such as Kid Gohan or Yamcha) have darker hair and much brighter skin than their final counterparts, or brighter clothes.
