The Cutting Room Floor research

The installer for this build requires a product key, and it does not accept keys from the final release version of the game. However, the content of the Files folder from the preview ISO can simply be copied to the PC's hard drive. Run DungeonSiege2.exe once it has been copied to the hard drive.
The preview includes several premade savegames in the SinglePlayer folder in the ISO. Copy the entire SinglePlayer folder to C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\Documents\My Games\Dungeon Siege 2\Save\ to use them.
This build may not run correctly on Windows 8 or 10. The game menu may load, but the mouse may not be usable. It works correctly on Windows 7 and earlier.
