- To obtain this build, the user needed a Serial that was given the user when he pre-ordered the Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.
- It corresponds to a beta available between April 25, 2008 and May 11, 2008.
- Given that this version was available on Apr 25, 2008, it is possible that the build date is Apr 2008.
- Third-party servers are needed to make the game work because the original servers were shut down a long time ago.
