A European demo build of Micro Machines for the PlayStation 2.
Notes
- Dated 2 months and 15 days before the final PAL release.
- Shares differences found on the August Xbox build although not everything is identical.
- Typeface used for headings appears to be in a bigger size along with descriptions for certain events eventually being tweaked for retail copies such as replacing GP with MM.
- 'Center Screen' text is partially missing text while button icons are slightly cut off.
- CPU is used here to label opponents rather than COM.
- Grizzly Beard, Frank N Stein and Aunt Betty all have different vehicle models while Miami Mike has a pitch black front window on his car although this looks to be a mistake.
- Every track preview is from a different angle and the icon used for selecting your track feels more like a placeholder over the outline effect seen in the final release.
- 'BBQ Bonanza' is under the name of 'Moonshine Madness'.
- HUD has differences when compared to retail with faces being restricted to fit inside a circle and overall looking a bit stretched out, changes are more apparent in 'Race' mode.
- Pause screen is in a much rougher state with options for returning to the game, retrying a race and quitting having the 'Are You Sure' tab appear before pressing X although selecting no will not do anything as a result.
