Notes
- Earlier than the initial Japanese version, but is a US region prototype
- Different legal disclaimer&trademark screen on startup.
- The team roster splash screen isn't present
- It still shows a screen for Konami Computer Entertainment Osaka
- Title screen simply says PRESS START instead of PRESS START BUTTON
