A prototype of NHL Open Ice: 2 on 2 Challenge for the PlayStation.
Notes
- No disclaimers, logos, intro sequences. First screen is a simple "PRESS START"
- The next screen asks to enter initials
- Different, very simple menu to choose the team. For some reason, all of this is on a timer.
- No music in the menus, and the sounds are simpler.
- Gameplay is very fast and unbalanced. Some player sprites do not display correctly. The visuals themselves are much simpler
- No music or commentary during gameplay. The crowd is quieter, as is the experience in general
- Miscellaneous Notes:
- Game is emulatable: Yes (as of April 17, 2021).
- Game contains dongle protection: No.
- Game contains debugging symbols: N/A
