Original Information on the Internet Archive

The following unit is an X2B revision and was used within the Foxconn factory for an unknown purpose. It’s shell contains slight differences, most notably a small cut-out near the bottom screen and a lack of any text along the back. The firmware itself also notes a build timestamp of November 30th 2005, predating the release of the Nintendo DS Lite by approximately three months.

Differences

* arm7boot, arm9boot, arm7gui and arm9gui sections have differences compared to retail.
