Different trademark screen. Copyright year in this build is 1991 instead of 1992. Title screen says "Licensed by Nintendo of America, INC." in this build, "Licensed by Nintendo" in the final.
You can press start at the Virgin logo screen to get into the game. In the final, you need to wait for the Probe credit screen to press start.
There's an option on the main menu called "Preset". "Saved Game" is properly listed in this build where it's fragmented in the final.
