A late localization PAL prototype of Phantasy Star Online for the Sega Dreamcast.

Notes

Serial Number and Access Key needed.
- Strangely, many PAL region Serial Number and Access Keys do not work.
- Serial Number F44E0814 and Access Key PNUCkJ9T appear to work.
The build date of 2001/01/14 is only 6 days before the golden master's date of 2001/01/20.
The version on the disc is V2.009, two minor versions before the golden master version of V2.011.
There are only two file changes between this release and the final retail release:
- 1ST_READ.BIN, with many changes to the file.
- GSL_CITY.GSL, with a few byte changes, but most notably fixes a repeated line ("Die Hunter's Guild...") from the NPC outside the Hunter's Guild when the game's language setting is in German and in the online mode.
