The North American prototype for Phantom Breaker. Not sure about this build's actual date, but given the timeline, this would be from 2012 and likely originally provided to press.

JTAG format in a zip file, you'll need to extract the files to play, and you'll also need to combine it into an ISO yourself for emulator. The game is not properly supported on Xenia yet.
