A prototype of the PC port of Robot Wars: Arenas of Destruction.
Notes
- The original build was backed up in a compressed .zip file and burned on a backup disc with other builds.
- Dated around six months before release.
- The opening titles of the show is absent but the theme still plays in the main menu.
- Still images of the show are used as placeholders for the menu backgrounds.
- There are no pictures for the Arena Select.
- The Accept sound effect is different.
- Audio for the refbot, who is voiced by show producer Stuart McDonald, is present in the files and plays during matches.
- There is no visible damage deformation for the robots.
- There is only one battle music track from the show that plays during matches.
- There are five scrapped robots who are Pencil of Death, Silver Bullet, TechnoMasher, Torcher Chamber and Roadblock. They were cut from the final game but there is unused commentary callouts from Jonathan Pearce in the final game's audio files which mention them.
- There is no robot advisor who talks to you in the Robot Workshop.
- There are three flammable barrels in the TV Studio arena.
- Sound effects are different.
- There is no qualified and immobilized text.
- There are two scrapped weapons which are a liquid nitrogen gun and a taser.
- Many of the robots in the robot chooser menu are very unfinished.
- The arenas are barebones and there isn't much to do in them.
