- Originates from an anonymous FTP server from developers Player 1, alongside a build of the unreleased Tommy Thunder
- File was likely released between October and November 1997
- Likely sent to lot check
- The original file was password protected; said password was cracked circa February 2021 by Bosconian, and released on NESWorld on February 9
- Has a spinning N64 logo which is not in the final build
- Uses a Crave logo instead of a Midway logo in the intro sequence
