Notes

• Debug enabled. Some actions are availible through button combos on the Classic Controller, the full set of debug features can be accessed through a USB Keyboard.
• Predates the final build by a month.
• Contains framerate_test screens and a network channel select.
• Works in Dolphin but needs MEM2 to be 128MB. Does not work on retail hardware.
