A prototype of Saints Row: Money Shot for the Xbox 360.
Notes
- Released again on X360 Release Guy PartnerNET Release.
- The build is unplayable because it appears the executable is trying to connect to a something that no longer exists. The only way to make the build functional is to add the default.xex and the "UI" folder from Saints Row: Money Shot (Jun 14, 2011 prototype) but levels will just get stuck when the player beat them.
- According to tervel1337, the issue occurs because in default.xex, the WaitForSingleObjectEx function is waiting for an event (at address 8277F8D0) that is never signaled. This event should be triggered by a specific function running in a separate thread. Although the function and thread structure are the same as in other (working) builds, in this version the event is never triggered, causing the crash. The address passed to the WaitForSingleObjectEx function is initialized to 8277FDC4, and the game crashes at address 8277EEF4 while waiting. the user can remove the call to 828EDA88 that it gets stuck on and you will get a framerate but the game just ends up getting stuck elsewhere obviously because thats not what you're supposed to do.
- Known differences are that the build has legal disclaimers and intro videos and that the UI is different in this version. Levels also have larger file sizes.
