Notes

• In-progress build, much of the menus are broken in some form or another, and it appears that the main menu background and NOW PLAYING font were redone.
• Oddly mentions Tekken is coming to the Sega Saturn, under the News Link option. This was likely just an error on Sega's part and seems to have been removed in the final rom.
