Unreleased English localization prototype of "Nangoku Shirei!! Spy vs. Spy" called "Spy vs Spy: The Island Caper". Cancelled for unknown reasons, but seems to have been intended for a 1988 release.
Besides the changes made to the title screen, the island names were changed to generic nouns. The Japanese version uses specific names for each of the islands.
Walking speed has been adjusted so that its faster.
