A prototype of Spy vs Spy: The Island Caper for the NES.
Notes
- Unreleased English localization prototype of "Nangoku Shirei!! Spy vs. Spy" called "Spy vs Spy: The Island Caper". Cancelled for unknown reasons, but seems to have been intended for a 1988 release.
- ROM checksum matches the version of the game submitted to Nintendo lotcheck on June 22, 1988, meaning that this is what would have been released on cartridge in the US if Kemco had not chosen to cancel the game's release in that region.
- Besides the changes made to the title screen, the island names were changed to generic nouns. The Japanese version uses specific names for each of the islands.
- Walking speed has been adjusted so that its faster.
