On Dolphin, go to Options -> Configuration -> Advanced, Enable Emulated Memory Size Override and set MEM1 to 64MB and MEM2 to 128 MB
On Dolphin, after adding the game to your Dolphin games directory, right click the .rvz -> Properties and disable Emulate Disc Speed for faster loading times.
