possibly corresponds to the "Banjo-Kazooie [58410954].rar" file from Terarelease 3.0. but I can't confirm

Why no links?

So I noticed that there is a warning on both this prototype and the Banjo-Tooie Xbox Live Arcade prototype, which mentions to "not link to this build; It is a first party Microsoft prototype"... Why is this warning even there? It doesn't make sense for this warning to be on these two specific prototypes, but not on any of the other first party Microsoft prototypes on the site. There are a ton of prototypes of Halo, Gears of War, Fable, Forza, and more. Heck, there is a prototype for an Xbox 360 Banjo-Kazooie game, Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts! It just doesn't make sense to have prototypes for all these other first party Microsoft titles, but not for two remasters of Nintendo 64 games. If there is an actual reason why these two Banjo-Kazooie games cannot have their prototypes on the site, but another Banjo-Kazooie game can (along with many other first-party Microsoft prototypes), then please let me know. If there is no reasons, then would it be possible for someone to upload these two prototypes on the site? Thank you for your time! --Metalex123 (talk) 15:43, November 2, 2023 (EDT)

Seconding this. I came over here from The Cutting Room Floor and was eager to see if this prototype held anything interesting. Why are other first party Microsoft prototypes okay to distribute, but these two in particular are off-limits? CitricDolphin (talk) 18:37, November 24, 2023 (EST)
