Not a prototype?
The package includes two images from the retail game, neither of which are used. There's no executable/DLL, game content, entitlement, etc. It seems like it's just... nothing? I don't know exactly what the bar is for something to be considered a prototype, but it's hard to believe "nothing" clears it, so I'm not sure it makes sense for it to be on HP.
